Short Description of This Case
A $10.5M settlement will resolve claims that Oh Insurance Agency made telemarketing calls to cellphones of class members by using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice without prior express consent, which violated Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members whose cellphones received one or more prerecorded voice calls for the purpose of selling Allstate goods or services between April 19, 2013 and February 21, 2017.
